DIGITAL PAWTRAITS
How fast will I receive my digital Pawtrait?
Same day. Your custom artwork is emailed to you within hours (depending on volume, but always within 24 hours).
What file format do you send?
You'll receive a high-resolution JPG/PNG suitable for printing, framing, or sharing online.
Can I print the digital file myself?
Yes — you have full personal-use printing rights. Print at home or through any print shop.
Do digital Pawtraits include a framed option?
You can choose digital-only or upgrade to a printed + framed version at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — our framed Pawtraits are printed on demand and shipped globally.
How long does shipping take?
Production usually takes 2–4 business days, followed by shipping times based on your location:

- US / Canada: 5–10 business days

What materials do the frames use?
Premium black aluminium frames, shatterproof plexiglass, and FSC-certified semi-gloss archival paper.
Are frames ready to hang?
Yes — all framed Pawtraits arrive fully assembled and ready to hang.

What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, front-facing photo with good lighting. No filters needed.
Tip: sharp eyes = the best results.
Can you work with multiple pets in one Pawtrait?
Yes — available as an add-on.
Can you remove backgrounds or objects from my photo?
Yes — backgrounds are replaced with your chosen aesthetic automatically.
CUSTOMISATION + REVISIONS
Do I get to request changes?
Yes — one round of minor revisions is included (colour tweaks, small adjustments).
Major redesigns or pose changes may incur a fee.
